- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We try to meet folks where their budget is and because we guarantee our work there is no risk. Buyer beware, if it's too good to be true from a pricing prospective, then it is and if you want it built to last, you can't build it fast. We're all about excellence and want to help other achieve excellence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We want to meet you where you are and take into consideration, culture, personalities, budget, time frame, expectations, etc. There are multiple options that will lead to solutions. There is no one recommendation that helps everyone. So many times I see people trying use a hammer to put in a screw. Let's figure out exactly what the best tool is for to you accomplish your goals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I'm a natural problem solvers, I ask questions and dig in to determine how to best approach a problem within a specific time line. Nothing is more gratifying then getting results after hard work.
