They replaced a water and sewer line. Sort of a mixed bag for us.
Pros: Very responsive. Good communication with us and with the city and they alerted us to some root issues with our sewer line. Hard workers, they were out there working on some very hot days.
Cons: Price does not include what I expected. Other quotes included connecting the water line to the meter (which I assumed there would also, but it did not; that added an additional $900). They left the sprinkler system severed and buried. That is going to cost us some money to repair that.
Overall, I would use them for an area that is not within city limits where they would have open space to do what they need to do.
