- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All final pricing must be determined after viewing the project. This is because some projects will require more prep (cleaning, repair, sanding) than others even if the projects have the same square footage. This can lead to slightly different pricing on very similar projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we meet with the customer to determine their needs. At that time we are able to explain how we would approach their particular project and what method we would use. Then we are able to determine final cost of labor/paint needed as well as time of completion. If the customer agrees to price we are able to present a contract. We will then start the project on the date the customer requests.
