Derik responded immediately, gave me a rough estimate over the phone after I explained the details of the project, called when he was on the way, and explained the different options for the 5 fans I had purchased. He worked quick and efficient, cleaned up the work area and removed the old fans. He was done in 4 hours replacing 5 ceiling fans. Derik is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I will definitely hire him again for any electrical issue.

Think he did amazing. Figured out our problem and also found other issues and told us about them. We got a couple things we didn't know about fixed as well. I am one of those old time folks that can remember what good service means. I called that small town service where everyone knows everyone else. I was surprised to find it here in Colorado Springs.
