FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the first time visit we offer FREE rough estimates. We also offer full design plans and blueprints for $1000. The plans are yours to use weather you hire us or not; but if you choose to hire us, that $1000 is credited 100% towards the final cost of the job. Almost all of the work we do is price based on a per linear foot, per square foot or per cubic volume of what is required to complete the job. These prices include the cost of labor and materials; and all other side expenses will be itemized out and explained on the contract. This is to ensure our clients of zero hidden fees. We very rarely work on an hourly basis, this keeps thing very easy to understand with price points, budgeting the cost of the job, and eliminates any fears or feelings of “milking the clock”. Change orders are also allowed and accepted during the timeline of the contract, for a fee, per change. These changes will ONLY be done with mutual agreement of the the contractor and homeowner, and written into the contract.
