- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5% Military Discount - 10% off $1000 or more for successful referral - Everything is $60 an hour in labor, plus material - Remodels(Inside or Landscape) and Fencing is priced differently and range per project. - For big projects, I usually take a couple days to bid and submit - Basic wood privacy and aluminum fences are $25 Linear Foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet and then discuss the project or problem! Find out their military background to help out with the price. Then just get to know them, usually while watching me work, which doesn't offend me. Then we just have a conversation, while I fix their problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about years in industrial maintenance, as well as facility maintenance at the current moment for churches in the area. I like work on things and take them apart. Been doing it since I was a kid and was able to make a business out of it!
