I hired these guys to paint my rental house inside and out . I was getting the house ready to sell. My realtor had suggested painting certain things to update the house. Tim and his crew gave us other suggestions to make the house more marketable and we followed their lead. My house was on the market for less than one week before it sold for the full amount we were asking! Tim and Kevin's expertise made a huge difference in the way our house showed and therefore we were able to sell it for more! The guys were very hard working and dedicated to their craft! Thanks to their suggestions and knowledge, I was able to list and sell my house for more than we had expected! We will definitely hire Tim and Kevin again!!

All Painting Plus is a family-run business with a focus on quality you won't easily find elsewhere. They helped us select newer, fresher colors for the house, and walked us through their quality offering, which included complete caulking on all sides of trim, filling gaps, screwing in trim boards that had only been nailed in, and a thick paint application using premium Sherwin Williams Superpaint.
Their paint job comes with a five-year warranty as well. No other painters offered to warranty their work.
The results proved to be every bit as good as they promised. The paint is crisp, the coverage superb, the appearance enviable, and the improved weatherproofing comes just in time for a harsh winter.
These folks didn't offer the cheapest estimate, but I'm aware of how many painters cut corners. If you want a house you can be proud to look at, and maximum curb appeal, these are the people to call. Every aspect of their work shows their attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

A quandary we homeowners face when we need to hire contractors is finding one whom we can trust at a competitive price. We would like to ease your mind if you are looking for a Painting Contractor. We hired All Painting Plus LLC to paint the entire outside and inside of our newly purchased home (found them here on Thumbtack). They gave us a more than fair bid for the job. They walked through the house & explained in detail what they would do. This far exceeded what other Contractors said they would do. This Company's work ethic and the superb quality of their professional craftsmanship far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. This is a Company with a conscience. We most HIGHLY recommend them.

I generally don’t take the time to write testimonials about companies or services. I decided to write this testimonial about All Painting Plus because I want to share with everyone just how impressed I am with the work this company did for me recently. All Painting Plus is very professional, they were great about communicating with me throughout the job, and they completed the work within the timeline estimated. All Painting Plus didn’t just go the extra mile, they went the extra five miles and truly did an exceptional job. They turned my homely little condo into a beautiful space. Late May: The Thumbtack web site does not allow me to just type "in progress" without giving a review. I will write a review when the job starts and is completed. At present, we are on contract, and working on paint colors and schedules. We are happy with the service so far, and gave 4 stars until we see the finished product.
Update: 6/30: After a rainy/snowy May which backed them up a bit, we're getting underway. The painters gave us some color options to consider, and some additional books to look through. That helped us narrow it down to three, which they applied on the sunny/shady sides of our tool shed. We find a combination we liked, and the work starts this week.
Update: 7/8. I can see why these guys are so busy! Great quality work. We're nearly finished the project, just the remaining trim. Stuff my wife and I noticed that we liked:
- expertise, they know what they're talking about, and pointed out many things that other painting companies never mentioned to us (like using the right kind of paint on succo, and back-rolling the paint)
- attention to detail, for example they pulled our landscape rock back from the foundation because the stucco rests below the rock level. That way they could paint all the way down.
- communication, when we had questions, we got answers. No translators or having to go through a manager which has been a problem for us on other paint jobs.
I'll put some before/afters up once they get done. T-storms slowed us down the last two days.
