FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My clients seem to appreciate knowing in advance exactly how much they are going to pay either through an hourly rate or by the project. In both cases, a well thought-out definition of the scope of the project is necessary. When both the designer and the client agree exactly on what needs to be done using specific skill-sets and technology, both are protected from unintended misunderstandings. A complete scope document also allows for easier negotiation when the requirements of the project change and further compensation needs to be negotiated.
