FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced based on your specific home, measurements, and product selection. We provide free, no-pressure design consultations so you get an accurate quote before committing to anything. We offer financing options to fit most budgets, and we run seasonal promotions on both our Gutter Helmet protection systems and Sunesta retractable awnings. There are no hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's a draft — tight and specific to ATH's actual process: It starts with a free consultation at your home. We take measurements, walk through your goals, and show you product samples so you can see and feel the quality firsthand. From there we put together a detailed proposal on the spot — no waiting a week for a quote. Once you decide to move forward, we handle everything: permits if required, scheduling, and a professional installation by our own trained crew. We don't use subcontractors. After the job is complete, we walk you through the finished product, make sure everything is working exactly as it should, and follow up to confirm you're happy. Most customers are surprised by how smooth the process is from first call to finished install. We serve Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Monument, and the surrounding communities — and we've been doing this long enough to know that how we treat people matters just as much as what we install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installation teams are trained and certified on every product line we carry. For Gutter Helmet, we're an authorized dealer and installer — one of the most recognized gutter protection systems in the country, with installation standards set by the manufacturer that we're required to meet and maintain. On the shades side, we're a certified Sunesta dealer for retractable awnings and an authorized installer for Eclipse retractable patio screens. These aren't off-the-shelf products — they're custom-built systems that require proper measuring, structural assessment, and trained installation to perform the way they're designed to. Beyond product certifications, our team has hands-on experience with the specific challenges Colorado weather creates — high UV exposure, wind, snow loads, and temperature swings. That local knowledge shows up in how we spec every job. We're licensed, insured, and have been operating in the Colorado Springs area long enough to have a track record you can verify. Check our reviews — we think they say more than any credential.
