The owner, Andy, is a super nice guy and very experienced! Hes been in the construction and home improvement and services industry for years and knows what hes doing. Frank (estimator) and Cory (installer) were great. We are remodeling our house (built in 1987) and wanted to ensure the attic insulation was up to date. We wanted an estimate for our garage and top floor master bed/bath/closet. Frank had to make two trips because our floors had just been refinished which prevented access to the upper floor. We ended up going with cellulose in the garage and nothing in the upper floor. Frank was very honest in his assessment of the upper floor in that the existing insulation was good. He could have easily said we needed more. Cory and his team arrived on time and finished the job in under an hour. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and honest, very happy with the service.

I used Koala recently for spray foam insulation in my 1.5 story attic. The Koala team is an honest, hard working group and did an excellent job on my attic. Koala is thee best!!! I had called and spoke with Frank & he scheduled a team to come out and do spray foam on the belly of a mobile home I was selling.The team of Seth, Corey & Jesus were TOP NOTCH! These guys are amazing!! They went above and beyond. Any issue we ran into they communicated with me and stayed on top of the job with GREAT time management. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation!!
