USA Insulation was very professional and timely- they were able to squeeze me in last minute and did a great job ensuring our insulation was up to code (it was very low before the job was completed, and they showed pictures to prove it). Spencer, the owner, also ensured we knew of the CSU rebate and the tax rebate as well. We really are thankful for their hard and honest work!

Very responsive. Was able to communicate using the app which was the main reason why I reached out this way since I not always have access to my phone. Scheduling for a quote was easy, they showed up on time, provided all needed information, was able to get everything scheduled for the job the same day. Was kept in the loop during the installation day even when I was unable to be there, which was very helpful. They were very accommodating, & just overall great customer service. Definitely recommend.
