What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing varies typically a maintenance job is $65 a service smaller installs are usually $5000-$10000 with larger installation around $15000-$40000
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For maintenance customers, we offer on call service and weekly bi-weekly and monthly contracts. we also over a by week charge we will come out look at lawn give you the bid and a start date or schedule. For installation, we come out and talk to you about what you want to take measurements. we send over materials choices and work on a contract. Typically installed is 20%-35% down before the start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hundreds of hours in a classroom and 1000s of hours on job training. we specialize in irrigation and hardscapes
