- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of my services are a flat fee and some are by the hour. I also offer savings by bundling two or more services. Savings could be from 20% to 100%. Please call or email me for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I actively listen to my client so they can tell me what issue(s) they are concerned about. Next, if there are multiple issues, I help them to prioritize the issues. Then, based on the number of issues, I suggest the appropriate service(s) to successfully accomplishing their goals. At that point, I can estimate the amount of time and cost for said services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 26 years in key Leadership positions in Gov't. - I learned how to make tough decisions - I built large, cohesive teams that were productive and successful - I learned the importance of planning for the near term as well as long-term Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I enjoy speaking in front of small and large groups.
