Introduction: I have led organizations as large as 10,000 employees. I use my 30+ years of expert Leadership experience to help others achieve their goals and plans. I've held key Leadership positions in Gov't, Corporate America & Small Business. I focus my clients on Leadership, Communications, Mentoring and Followership...these are the four attributes we should be using in both our professional and personal relationships. Based on the needs of my clients, I help set them up for success. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. While I don't counsel people, I do Coach them. My profile limits the maximum travel miles to 150, but if my client desires, I am willing to travel througout North America, South America, Europe, Australia, etc. I love helping people become more confident in both their professional and personal lives resulting in succesful careers and relationships. I truly enjoy watching my clients find their passions and smiles as they pursue their goals. It's a great feeling to see a former client and have them tell me how much more productive and happy they are as a result of my services. It's a natural high for me!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of my services are a flat fee and some are by the hour. I also offer savings by bundling two or more services. Savings could be from 20% to 100%. Please call or email me for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I actively listen to my client so they can tell me what issue(s) they are concerned about. Next, if there are multiple issues, I help them to prioritize the issues. Then, based on the number of issues, I suggest the appropriate service(s) to successfully accomplishing their goals. At that point, I can estimate the amount of time and cost for said services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 26 years in key Leadership positions in Gov't. - I learned how to make tough decisions - I built large, cohesive teams that were productive and successful - I learned the importance of planning for the near term as well as long-term Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I enjoy speaking in front of small and large groups.
