Introduction: I am a "psychotherapist" - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Marriage, Family and Child therapy and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over 30 years counseling experience working with individuals, couples, families, teens and children I apply an integrated approach to counseling from a variety of disciplines all marinated in a Christian perspective. I am EMDR I & II trained in areas of trauma, phobias, anxiety and depression with individuals and have extensive experience working with couples, marriages and families to resolve relational difficulties that threaten self-worth and the joy of being together. I believe it is all to common for people to feel trapped in their circumstances or painful patterns of thinking, co-existing, accommodating or submitting without ever feeling or being content. I believe in the unlimited growth potential of the human spirit and in helping individuals to break away from destructive patterns to reconnect to the source of wisdom and power that is inherent in each of us.
