I made one appointment for my dog then the day of they texted me to say that they have to reschedule because their groomer is unavailable. Wouldve been nice to get more than a few hours notice. So we reschedule for later that day only for that to fall through as well. Then we reschedule and they offer me 30 dollars off. So I wait for my 8am appointment and then 759 they call me and tell me I will have to reschedule. Also want to point out that each time they asked me to put in my payment info before they arrived. Attached are screenshots, do not recommended.
