- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price for services include cost of travel, doc fee, and notorization per signature. Mortgage loan documents may vary based on the requirements of the title company or attorney's office and travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer has replied back to the initial message and has contacted our company, we will call text or email in an effort to establish the time and date of the service to take place. Our goal is to provide convenience and professional service to all clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in many areas of customer service including a total of 10 years as a call center sales and service agent, 5 years as a residential mortgage loan originator, 8 years as a notary public, and 10 years as a private business owner and employer.
