What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What a notary can charge per notarial act (or 'stamp') is regulated by the Secretary of State. Be aware that the estimated fee accounts for a travel fee and time, but to create an exact estimate we will need to discuss the documents and how many notarial acts will be needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer one of the first things I like to go over is the type of documents that they need notarized. This ensures that I am legally able to meet their needs. 99% of the time we can move forward and set up a time that works best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an active notary since 2017. I transitioned to full time loan singing agent work in October of 2020.
I addition I also have a degree in business management and medical billing and a strong understanding of document security.
