- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During our discovery process, we lay out clear, measureable goals with timelines. We start with a "package" system that involves different tiers for social media, but I remain flexible on pricing based on what each client wants, and of course, what they can afford. We also reevaluate on a quarterly basis to ensure that the comp structure in place continues to make sense and meet your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is unique; so I like to have a phone or in-person meeting before deciding to move forward. During our first meeting, I like to have a candid conversation with you to discover potential areas of opportunity, outlining what's most important to you in terms of your short-term and long-term goals. We can choose to go with a package plan if that suits; or I can then design a plan of action that is customized to your timeline, objectives, and budget. I believe in setting clear expectations so that we can clearly measure our progress; and our second meeting is focused on setting these expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experiences in sales, the hospitality industry, marketing, and the insurance industry have helped to shape my unique skill set. Thinking outside the box, remaining steadfastly optimistic, and possessing the necessary grit of an entrepreneur have helped me to build relationships, relate to clients, and build business.
