- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To ensure the client receives the biggest bang for their buck, my pricing varies on a package basis. Each package has a price discount off of my original per session pricing. I also offer payment plans that can be spread out through the duration of their training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we always go over assessments. This gives us a base level of where the training should begin. It also gives the opportunity to set goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, all within a set time frame. Then from the assessments we build a program specific to the individual. After 4 weeks of training we reassess and reset our goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. I am subscribed to many different fitness and health magazines and am constantly reviewing academic journals to look over the latest science. I am also currently attending a premed program in college as well. In the fitness industry education doesn't stop when you receive your CPT and it will always be changing and new information will constantly be released. It's my job to ensure proper knowledge in my field.
