About

Hi there! I'm Ariel, a lover of all things dogs and outdoors. I grew up with dogs and currently have two of my own. I have 10 years of experience fostering dogs, particularly high-drive, working breeds, elderly, and injured pups. I maintain a very active life with my dogs, from neighborhood walks to alpine hikes, patio lunches to picnics at the lake, roadtrips, and camping. As a sitter I enjoy getting your dogs out to explore or even just relaxing in the yard with them. Communication with you about your pups is very important to me. Photos and updates are a consistant practice, making sure you feel confident and at ease with your dogs care.

Ariel is a fantastic pet and house sitter. She is very responsive, willing to help when events occur unexpectedly. An example - on the day we left, a hot water baseboard heating system circulation pump failed. Ariel helped the plumbing contractor into and out of the house to make the repair. She also was patient with our dog who was anxious at night in our absence. Ariel kept in touch daily with messages and pix of our pets. She also went out of her way to keep the house in great shape as well. Ariel is the best pet sitter we have ever had and we were very fortunate to have her in our home & with our pets for 9 days.

Ariel took excellent care of our pets while we were away. Wonderful attention to detail, wore out our high energy dog, and won over our reclusive cat. She'll be our first pick for future needs.

Details: Dog • 3 pets • Giving food and water • Taking pet outside • Providing companionship • Changing litter or bedding • Providing exercise • Overnight visit (10-12 hours) • My home, venue, etc.

We had scheduled Ariel for our vacation but had to cancel because our family member was diagnosed with terminal cancer and I decided to stay behind. Ariel was so understanding knowing what we were going through. When she can to the house to meet Smokey initially, she immediately greeted Smokey on her knees. I knew from that moment she was who would watch our Smokey. If we adopt again, Ariel will be our sitter. You won’t be disappointed. Ariel truly cares about her clients.

Details: Dog • 1 pet • Giving food and water • Taking pet outside • Providing companionship • Dispensing medication • Overnight visit (10-12 hours) • My home, venue, etc.

A fantastic experience. She was wonderful with our boys: taking them on hikes and playing frisbee with them. She shared photos and I knew they were in good hands. I would definitely use her again.

Ariel did an awesome job with my 3 Australian dogs. They are VERY high maintenance - she handled them so well and we could tell that they really enjoyed her company. Ariel was communicative and made sure to provide us updates each day. She did everything we asked of her and went the extra mile to make sure both they and our house were in tip top shape when we came home. We will absolutely have her back. Thank you, Ariel!

Details: Dog • 3 pets • Giving food and water • Taking pet outside • Providing companionship • Changing litter or bedding • Dispensing medication • Overnight visit (10-12 hours) • I'm flexible • My home, venue, etc.
