- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 different pricing structures available based on the needs of individual clients. Our website has our pricing plans clearly displayed so that you can choose for yourself which one works best. The majority of our clients choose our full service package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about your needs and expectations and demonstrate whether or not we are the right fit for you. Then, we will visit the property to insure it is consistent with our standards for managing and maintaining finer homes in the area. At that point, we will work with you to insure we are 100% on the same page and then take over the management of the property and make it simple to be a landlord. No headaches, no hassles, no bad decisions and no left in the dark. You will love being a customer of Timberline Property Management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a masters degree in Business, have over 22 years of real estate industry leadership experience and am a licensed Managing Broker with the Colorado Real Estate Commission. I also keep myself abreast of the current developments in the Property Management field to insure our clients are represented well and well informed.
