- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking over the phone to get an idea where the problem is if the customer don't already know, have them turn off the water if it's an active leak until tech is onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA certified, went to two different tech schools for plumbing and hvac, graduated both schools and have been doing plumbing for over 10 years ..
