FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific security needs of each client, including the type of service requested, number of officers needed, armed or unarmed coverage, location, schedule, risk level, and length of the assignment. We provide clear pricing up front before services begin. We offer competitive rates for recurring security contracts, long-term coverage, multi-site accounts, and scheduled patrol services. Additional fees may apply for emergency short-notice requests, holiday coverage, extended travel outside our normal service area, specialized equipment, or high-risk assignments. Our goal is to provide professional, reliable security at a fair price without cutting corners on officer quality, supervision, communication, or accountability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a consultation to understand the customer’s concerns, property, schedule, risks, and security goals. From there, we identify the best security solution, whether that is armed security, unarmed security, mobile patrol, event security, workplace violence support, or a custom security plan. After reviewing the details, we provide a clear service recommendation and pricing. Once approved, we create site-specific instructions, assign qualified personnel, establish communication procedures, and begin service. Throughout the assignment, we maintain communication with the client and provide professional documentation, incident reporting, and updates as needed. Our goal is to make the process simple, organized, and dependable from the first conversation to the completion of service.
