- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I price everything on a per square foot basis depending on the design, layout, and type of tile. I believe it's the fairest way to price out my work as I want to treat everyone the same no matter where they live, how they look, or how much money they make. They deserve to pay a fair rate for quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I want to make sure they understand what I offer as a company and how important it is to hire a quality tile installer. I help my new customers understand the process and help them make decisions on the setting products and materials. I believe that an informed customer is a happy customer because they know exactly what they are paying for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 15 years old and was wanting to work. My brother had his own tile installation company and I started to work for him.
