The A3 team replaced 2 crushed stone walkways on either side of the house with clean concrete sidewalks that don't track sharp little rocks into the house. Bobby listened to my wishes and made some helpful suggestions. They all showed up when promised and stayed until the concrete was ready to set in spite of an hour delay for rain and hail after concrete was poured. The sidewalks look great and I am very pleased to have had them on the project.

Ran into a last minute snag on some home renovations while preparing to sell. A3 responded and was available for a quote super fast. It wasn’t the biggest project, small sidewalk repair. But it was treated with the same respect as a big driveway or patio. They even fixed a broken rain gutter than ran under the sidewalk.
Bobby was incredibly easy to work with. Came out and quoted the job the very next day it was requested. Once approved, he had it on the books and scheduled. I had a concrete patio demo'd and re-poured and it turned out great. The team did a great job. Bobby helped make a couple minor changes I hadn't thought of and make it look better than I expected. Would absolutely use A3 Custom Concrete again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary on square footage.
Standard grey concrete: $8 to $10 per sqft. over 800sqft
Stamped and colored concrete: $13 to $19 depending on sqft.
Mono slabs: $13 -$17 per sqft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to contact the new customer and ask if we can meet and walk threw the job together. This gives me a chance to see what they want and discuss any options that may be available for them to do. This also gives them a chance to meet me and know who they are dealing with before they hire .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started work with different concrete companies over the years, and seen how each company had their own way of attacking their jobs. I than decided after 15+ years of working for someone else that it's my time to venture off on my own!
