I was referred to Joey by another company who wasn't sure if they could do what was needed for our heater that stopped working. He scheduled us as soon as he had availability and even told us how to manage pipes and stuff while waiting due to the cold.He came out at the time he said with a text prior with his time of arrival. He came in checked and confirmed what needed to be done and put in our new piece that was needed.He explained what could have caused the problem in the first place and talked a little about himself and how his company got started.He had it done in an hour from start to finish and the final total was an amazing price and I know he saw the relief on my face when he told me.I definitely would use Joey again for future visits and will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Our remodel contractor referred me to Joey Chavez when our heating stopped working in the early morning hours of the coldest Sunday of the year. Joey was polite and professional on the phone, listening to the barrage of information I gave him. He transparently shared the diagnostic/call out fee plus gave me a high-level understanding of how we'd approach cost of additional parts if necessary. He shared his ETA-- which was promptly within an hour-- and called me when he arrived.Joey put on shoe coverings unprompted before entering our home, a small but respectful gesture I appreciated. He quickly and calmly oriented himself to the HVAC system, found the problem within minutes, got my approval for the associated cost of the replacement part, and had the heat flowing again within 15 minutes.Thank you, Joey, for your professional and expertise!

I called Climate Control as a second opinion when another company failed to fix my problem after 2 days and a few different diagnoses. Climate Control technician arrived early and quickly identified what was wrong with my furnace and AC. Went to get the part and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Saved me some money and even made some recommendations on how to keep my older furnace running well. I highly recommend them.
