FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have found that clients prefer to purchase a "package" of lessons. I offer 3 and 4 lesson packages at rates that are discounted from single lesson prices. This way I can schedule the student for a regular series of lessons, guaranteeing the time slot. It makes it much easier for the both the client and myself to operate on schedule. Some of my Equine Assisted Learning programs are 6 or 12 weeks in length and set up for groups of participants. Call for pricing on all programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview to start. Then have client visit the Center to see if we are a good fit. Discuss needs and goals for student/client. Schedule a series of classes/lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend training and riding clinics to stay fresh and keep my skills up to date.
