My husband and I held our wedding celebration at our home, and Lorraine was our caterer. From the moment we met her, we knew that we wanted her to be our caterer. She is so easy to work with, met us in town, and was exactly on the same page for we wanted at our celebration. She even accommodated our last minute request to add additional people to our head count. All of the food was delicious, so much so that we didn't have any leftovers. Thank you Lorraine! I try to always charge buy the plate (person) and the usual request is for 3 meats and 3 sides. I go a lot buy the cost of the product and the amount of time it takes to prepare
