I'm a relatively new client of Absolutely Advanced Accounting, so I am still learning of their capabilities, work quality, industry knowledge, and level of customer service. That said, I have been entirely satisfied with my experience thus far. One of my concerns of engaging a multi-staff accounting entity rather than an individual to maintain my bookkeeping (and other misc acc'ting services) was potential lack of personal attention from the larger company. I absolutely have NOT found this to be true of Shanah and her team...in fact, on the contrary. Shanah as the face and guiding force behind this business is ever present, ever available, and ever cheerful! I will readily admit that I hold rather high standards, and am more often than not disappointed by many service providers. This is not the case with Absolutely Advanced Accounting...they are clearly a cut above the rest. I sincerely mean that, and highly recommend them.
