Talk about Johnny on the spot! It's tax season and the person I have worked with for many years, up and disappeared. Finally, a Bookkeeper who really knows and understands QuickBooks. I hired Shanah a week ago and warned her that the previous bookkeeper left the books in a mess. We do not require a retainer or have any monthly minimums. All of our work is done hourly and our rates range from $75-$175 /hr depending on the work done. (The majority of our work is done at $75-$100/hr).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you! It is paramount that we understand your Business, your goals, and your challenges. That allows us to make the best recommendations for you, (and your budget).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has varied degrees in the Business/Financial Sector, Diamond, Certified Pro Advisor, and we also partner with a couple of CPA's for a true One-stop-shop!
