Apologies Aaron, but I must respectfully disagree. You were quoted an estimate sight unseen for what I told you at the time we thought the work would entail. As we got into the details, we encountered additional problems and questions that needed answering. Not only did I attempt to work with you on the cost multiple times, but I also did not charge you for the work we did to help with any miscommunications there were. We did not set up your books, we only attempted to help you fix what was already there. We are truly disappointed that you still felt that we did not deserve more credit for the efforts, and apologize you felt that way. As I said in our last email, we wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

As every business owner knows, new systems and procedures take time and effort. These procedures are designed to protect and ensure the health of the business, as well as the accuracy of the reported numbers. However, when a client refuses to cooperate, communicate, or to adapt to those new procedures, our ability for success is thwarted. Thus, such relationships usually must be terminated. I believe we were the third payroll company you worked with in 2016. We weren’t the right fit for you but I’m sure at some point you will find a bookkeeper that will be able to work with your current setup. My team and I have established a high standard of competence and professionalism as one can see in all the other reviews here. We’re very good at what we do and encourage any potential clients to talk to our customers directly.
