- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each business owner has unique needs. Therefore I put together custom plans accordingly. I do offer a 50% discount for clean-up/catch-up work for those who sign on monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is a discovery call to get to know you and your business. We go over your pain points and how I can help alleviate them. We discuss what that process looks like, put a plan in place and we move forward. I make this process as smooth as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people! I wanted to open a business that I knew would benefit others. It also helps that I love numbers and financial planning!
