- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have highly customized pricing to meet individual needs. We offer hourly rates, flat-fees, and unbundled legal services meant to meet the needs of our clients without breaking the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to make sure that we understand fully the details of the legal matter and that we are a good fit for the customer. Once the customer has hired us we immediately begin working to determine deadlines in the case, what pleadings we need to draft, and preparing for any court hearings. We work very closely with the customer to make sure we don't miss any details and that they are satisfied with how their case is proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys are licensed with the Colorado Bar and with several county level bar associations. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Cory Curtis has a Master's Degree in Taxation from the University of Denver. Carl Miller has his Juris Doctorate, a Master's Degree in Taxation, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jason Thacher worked as a prosecutor for Colorado before becoming a defense attorney which makes him uniquely qualified to defend clients in their criminal cases.
