- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A good and ethical attorney generally avoids a standard pricing system, as representation is as individual as the Client. However, this Law Firm does offer a fifteen (15) minute Free Consultation in all areas of identified practice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Schedule a Free fifteen (15) minute Initial Consultation. 2) Discuss & Review the individual circumstances? 3) Determine if I am the appropriate Attorney to represent the Client. 4) Determine if I am the Attorney the Client wants for representation. 5) Discuss what the desired outcome is versus what the "projected" and/or achieved outcome may be. 6) Read and offer an agreeable Contract for Services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an active Law Degree licensed in the State of Colorado. I received my Juris Doctor from the Washburn University School of Law. I was a Tutor in Legal Writing and Bankruptcy at Washburn University. I have been in private practice for approximately 20 years, Additionally, I have a proven track record for my represented cases in the Judicial system. I have been extremely active and generous in Pro-Bono work for sufficient representation in pursuing Justice.
