Introduction: If you are looking for an attorney that will handle your case personally, rather than handing you off to a junior attorney or a paralegal, then I will be a great fit for your case. Your case is unique and inevitably you will have questions, but you can rest assured that I will answer your questions directly and quickly. Because each case is unique, please be aware that pricing may sometimes vary from the estimated price shown on Thumbtack. Also, payment plans are available in most cases, so don't hesitate to contact me to discuss any aspect of pricing or to discuss any other questions you may have.

Personal Bankruptcy Attorney

Ryan has been wonderful. He has never made me feel low about my decision to file bankruptcy. He has let me know exactly what he is doing every step of the way. If you want an attorney that truly cares Ryan Peterson is your man.

DUI Attorney

Worked with Ryan over the last couple years. He helped me out of a tight bind right when I moved to CO. I would recommend Mr. Peterson anytime. Took me right in and helped as much as possible during my entire court process.

I had talked with a couple of attorneys before Ryan and knew within a couple minutes of meeting him, that I was going to hire him. He was patient, kind and very thorough with my situation and didn't charge me what I didn't have times 3 like the others. He responded so swiftly every time I reached out to him and made me feel like I was being represented by one of the best.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I generally charge prices for my fees on a "flat fee basis" rather than an "hourly basis" which means that you will know before hiring me how much my total fees will be for the entire case. Of course, many cases will naturally require certain out-of-pocket expenses to be paid (which will always be discussed with you prior to being incurred) but the fees I charge are set and will not increase except in the rarest of circumstances (and even then will be discussed with you in advance).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ideally I like to speak with a prospective client to get some details about the case, but more importantly I want to make sure to advise them of some very time-sensitive steps they may need to take right away in order to protect their rights. Once I have been able to give them those tips, then we can either schedule a free consultation at my office or can discuss everything more fully over the phone.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Admitted to Colorado Bar to Practice Law in 2008. Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Saint Louis University, 2008. Bachelor of Arts, Colorado State University, 2005.
