- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously read up on new trends and ways to make communications more effective. Working in communications means that things are always changing with new technology. Not every new thing that comes out is a right fit for everyone, but I need to know what is available to be able to make the best choices for my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a variety of different things from copy writing and editing to designing communication plans and developing events. My focus in on communications and the development of strategic communication plans or communications management within a company or organization. However, if you need help developing sales packages, creating a campaign, or setting up an event I have done that too!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know your brand and your audience. Don't think that everyone in the world is your audience, that's just not true. You should have a good understanding of your product or service and who it appeals to. If you are struggling with determining things like that, I can help you. Communications and branding is detrimental to developing your business, but if you don't have time to put into it, don't expect someone to do those things completely for you. I'm here to provide guidance and assistance, I can't miraculously create an audience for you. I can provide you the tools and the resources to help you move your business forward.
