- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After a successful consultation, we will provide you with a contract of services that enables us to present a custom solution you can implement immediately to increase your annual profit. The next step is to establish a baseline of your current annual profit through verifying a copy of your latest income statement. The only one-time fee is a low percentage of the additional profit generated from a solution we present. This enhancement will be verified through updated documentation that displays an improvement in revenue or expenses related to that solution, which will cover a period of 12 months following its completed implementation. After these 12 months, a small fraction will be billed and payable within 30 days to Schutte Solutions, LLC. Note that after the one-time service fee, you retain the increased annual profit.

After you submit your request for a free consultation at our website, we will facilitate conversation by phone or email at your convenience to identify where you can benefit from a solution based on your individual situation. An initial inquiry identifies goals that are important to you and how they are currently being achieved. Once we learn more from you about your business or organization, we will be able to conduct customized research compared to industry benchmarks before providing an honest assessment. The custom analysis we provide based on proven techniques from disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma will highlight strategic areas of opportunity to increase your profit.
