- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists have a wide range of advanced education, training and certifications within counseling and coaching. As psychotherapists and coaches, we specialize in working with adult individuals and couples. To highlight one of our therapists and coaches, Vincent will share a little bit about his education and training. I am registered with state of Colorado as a psychotherapist and I hold a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which is a blend of counseling psychology and systems psychology. I have received advanced training in several types of therapy, some of which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
