I could not be more pleased with the work that Kenny and his team provided. First off, Kenny is an experienced, friendly, owner that personally quoted my project and also was on site for much of the work. His prices were very competitive which is what won the initial bid. The actual service he provided was exceptional. I'm building a house and have dealt with many contractors, and Kenny (Insulation) was by far my most positive contractor experience. It started off as a simple closed cell spray foam roof bid, and quickly evolved to insulating all walls with batts. Throughout the spray install, he showed me measurements to confirm they were meeting the correct depth per our contract. All batts were installed properly and no bunching that would have degraded R value. Vapor barrier was also installed excellent. Then Kenny went above and beyond to find and spray any exterior penetrations for a true air tight seal. Not in our contract, a few hours of extra work, and just somthing he included because he knew it would significantly improve the insulation performance. Further, it wasn't part of our contract and he offered to write me up the insulation certificate that was needed for my permiting. Just phenomenal experience the entire way through. Great price, excellent work quality, and amazing customer service and follow-through. Couldn't recommend more.

Ken came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and then went shot the parts needed. He came back later that day, changed the parts and had my AC up and running. He also gave me some good information and tips about my AC unit.

Amazing guy! Saved me on more than one occasion, and a few years apart. First time my kid cranked the furnace to 75 on a subzero night (it's locked now). Older furnace and another company told me I had to replace it. Kenney fixed it, and didn't brake the bank! It went out again last week and I didn't call anyone else. I highly recommend him!
