I had a great experience with Quality Home HVAC. They were able to give me a quote instantly and work around my schedule. Initially, it would have been two days out, but then they stated they could come same day. A few hours later they showed up and prepared my swamp cooler for spring/summer. Zach was the technician that came out and did the work. He was super nice, professional, and communicated very well. This is my first time ever having a swamp cooler and he explained everything to me about how they work and what to expect. I’d highly recommended Zach if you ever need any HVAC work done. Finally, they are very affordable. I received quotes from multiple other places and they all bid way higher. You can’t beat the value with these guys.

My heater was malfunctioning. They gave me a fair opinion on repair versus replacement and ultimately replaced the furnace. The pricing was fair and they are willing to work with you if you need financing options. They were very responsive throughout the process and worked quickly to get me a working furnace!

I initially contacted Quality Home HVAC because I was having issues with my furnace and thought it may have been related to my thermostat. They responded immediately and I was booked for service the same day. The technician that arrived (Elias) was extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the issue and presented multiple solutions making sure to ask what my specific needs were. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely continue to use them for all my future heating and cooling needs.
