Honesty, upfront, and fair. Only ended up coming through for a diagnostic for my AC, as my unit will just need to be replaced; but, went through step by step of troubleshooting explaining both what he was doing and what he was expecting or hoping to see. Post diagnosis gave some recommendations and insights onto a replacement since we both seemed confident I could handle the install of that myself. Clearly was out to help, not plug me for money. Definitely saving his number

We replaced our furnace system and upgraded our thermostat to a Nest this past August. Unfortunately, the man we hired for the replacement passed away several weeks ago, so we no longer had a preferred service company. Just last week, our system stopped working suddenly and the Nest wasnt powering on. I reached out to RPM because although there were no reviews on Yelp, they are accredited with the BBB and have been in business for 17+ years in the area. Ryan came out same day, diagnosed and explained the issue, and had our system back up and running within 30 minutes! He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and his price was more than reasonable. We will absolutely be using Ryan with RPM for any and all of our future HVAC maintenance needs! Very happy with the quality and level of service he provided!

RPM HVAC responded almost instantly and was at my house within an hour. Was able to diagnose the issue and fix it by the next morning. Technician was able to explain what he was doing and why and also provided some helpful tips to prolong and maintain my HVAC equipment.

My A/C went out 2 weeks ago and based on the reviews this company had on Angi, I gave them a call. Ryan showed up that day (thank goodness!) and was able to diagnose and fixed it for a reasonable amount! My house had gotten to 92 degrees I would have had to take my family & dogs to a hotel if he didnt get us taken care of. Thank you Ryan!!
