- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All bids provided include tear out, excavation, materials, labor, haul away, clean up and warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide on site estimates as this is the only way to thoroughly understand the customers project and avoid any oversight. We will walk the customer through the installation process and make them aware of all options available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years of residential, commercial, municipal concrete installation and project management experience.
