We had a stamped and colored concrete in stalled for a small patio in the back yard. Kathryn communicated thoroughly with us the timing and her team was able to complete everything in one day when they had thought it could take two. The men who installed everything were great and worked efficiently. They also noticed that part of our driveway didn't have control joints so our concrete was cracking, and for a small additional fee they were able to make cuts at the same time they had to cut our patio. The end product looks great, except the seal applied is thicker in some areas than others. Kathryn took a look and said it should work out over time so we will see. We have some other concrete projects that need work so we will likely use LandCore again. Only reasons why this is 5 stars is because one of the days they were supposed to come (either to seal the concrete or cut the control joints, can't remember) they said it would be between 9-10. I waited at home until 10, they still hadn't shown up, and I ended up having to leave to go to work, but they could still do the work without me there. Also, like mentioned before, the seal appeared to be applied inconsistently. Overall, we were satisfied.

We provide on site estimates as this is the only way to thoroughly understand the customers project and avoid any oversight. We will walk the customer through the installation process and make them aware of all options available.
