Gio and the crew from New Generation Concrete LTD were very good. They are establishing themselves in the market and have support of another partner that has been 30 years in the business in this area. That should give you great confidence in their ability to perform to top standards. We had a (mostly) second story concrete deck that had been failing. The crew came in and took out the old deck and poured a new one in December 2022. They managed some challenging weather, but gave us a beautiful replacement deck that was sure to stand the test of time. Everyone worked very diligently and punctually. Given the weather challenges, the project took a bit longer than expected, but they worked every day, including weekends, to bring the project to successful completion. We also had them pour and stamp a lower-level patio at the same time. They did such beautiful work! We had Gio and his crew out again this past month to put down epoxy on the concrete as a serious top seal. That was a newer area for them to pursue, but they brought in their partner and really pushed hard to make the perfect product. When the epoxy didn't set up quite right due to humidity and heat, they promptly pulled out the affected sections and relaid them to have the best outcome. I didn't even ask about the concern before they had the fixes in work. Gio is fantastic at communicating. Sometimes I struggled to ensure I had my meaning clear. We had a few language struggles. But he worked hard to make it clear where we were in the process, what was next, and the timeline ahead. I greatly appreciated his approach. I definitely plan to use Gio and New Generation Concrete LTD again on future projects. They have my full recommendation. I am very satisfied with the work.

Gio and his team were quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and finished the job within a few days. This was a very small job—building a ramp for our shed, and most contractors had a minimum on concrete work that was way above our budget. Gio worked with us on the job and the pricing. Great results!
