- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the cooking classes only, not the catering, but the classes I do not include the food costs as they vary too much . I can be flexible however .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will seek to exchange email, then contact by phone. I do require a deposit to hold event dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done over three hundred dinners in clients homes. I also have been a chef owner of a fine dining restaurant! And am equally at home with French, Italian, and Asain cuisine. My latest interest is craft beer, so I have been studying it and how to pair food with local craft beer.
