Ernesto and his team were great! He contacted me about my countertop project, got me a quote within an hour, and his team was out at my house the very next day to complete it! The work looks phenomenal and his team was very helpful. I bought all of my own parts, so when my shower faucet turned out to be the wrong size, his plumber was able to help me pick out a new piece that would fit, and will come back to help install it when it arrives. Will definitely call them with any more projects in the future!

LABOR AND MATERIALS, THERE IS NEVER COMBINED
LABOR INCLUDES FABRICATION INSTALLATION TEMPLATE AND DELIVERY.
MATERIAL IS BY UNIT AND MAY INCLUDE AS AN EXAMPLE: GRANITE OR QUARTZ SALB, SINKS, METAL CORBELS, ETC
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED, TO EITHER WALK THE PROJECT TOGETHER TO GET MEASUREMENTS AND IDENTIFY THE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS AND ALSO TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASUREMENTS FOR THE FREE ESTIMATE.
BUT, SOMETIMES THE CUSTOMER KNOW ALREADY AFTER A RESEARCHING WHAT THEY WANT AND ALSO MAY HAVE THE CABINET LAYOUT WHICH IS HELPFUL TO DETERMINE THE ROUGH MEASUREMENTS FOR THE FREE ESTIMATE
