Introduction: As a solo practitioner, all stages of a client's case are handled directly by the attorney which ensures your attorney will understand and become more familiar with each aspect of the case. If a case is not resolved, I am an experienced trial attorney who has done countless jury and bench trials and will not hesitate to take a case forward. Also, Cadiz Law strives to have open access and communication in order for clients to be involved throughout the entire process. As a former prosecutor I know the justice system can be overwhelming and how important it is to have an advocate who works for you and understands both sides of criminal law. When it comes to personal injury cases, I believe insurance companies often take advantage of individuals who have been injured and don't know all of the rights and compensation they may be entitled to. Insurance companies and prosecutors need to be held to a high standard and I enjoy fighting on behalf of my clients to make sure they are treated fairly and compensated accordingly.
