- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the potential client decides to move forward and sign a fee agreement I accept a partial retainer with the balance paid in monthly installments. I go over the fee agreement with the client to ensure that any questions they might have are answered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a brief phone conversation with potential customers. This is followed by a one hour in person consultation charged at my hourly rate to get to know the client and the details of their situation. If the potential client decides to move forward and sign a fee agreement I accept a partial retainer with the balance paid in monthly installments. I go over the fee agreement with the client to ensure that any questions they might have are answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Under Colorado law each attorney is required to earn 45 continuing legal education credits within a 3 year time period. I have accumulated well over 300 continuing legal education credits since being licensed as an attorney.
