- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Criminal Defense cases, we offer DISCOUNTS for Military, Veterans, Seniors, and Students. On Personal Injury cases, we take no fee until you win, and even then our fee is LOWER than industry standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Criminal Defense attorney Brad Smith worked for state and local prosecution offices prior to switching to defend the rights of the accused. Brad knows how the government builds cases against accused citizens and he also knows a number of the people who prosecute these cases for the government.
