- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get most my info on cost based on the national avg, and try to be competitive with other contractor's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give bid , sign contract , get down payment and material cost, give estimated start date and finish go over all paperwork and cost with costumer. Then build their dreams... "Then give all the glory and praise to God"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3yrs college, associates degree in applied science , ASE Certified
