Was so smooth and easy to work on this demo project thanks to Shane and his team that helped with tear down of our old kitchen cabinets and fake brick walls. They were quick, efficient workers who took care of the home and were so helpful and communicated well the whole time. Even saved a wall that I was planning on replacing the drywall on because of their careful and thoughtful demo work. 10 out of 10!

Shane and his team came in and knocked out two bathrooms in about 7 hours for me. It was daunting job due to location and logistics of removing all of the debris. Shane communicated professionally and in a timely manner, and his entire team was careful and respectful throughout the demo of the two rooms. Pricing was also extremely fair. I would highly recommend Dependable Demolition to anyone who needs some demo done in their household. It isn't often you see a team like this who know how get it done the right way!

I had a great experience with this gentleman! The response was very quick and he came out two days later and got our demo job done in just a couple hours. He left the space totally clear of all the dry wall, carpet and tile that needed to be removed and was friendly and courteous. Five starts and would hire again in a heartbeat.
