- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at just $99 and is adjusted based on the amount of junk you have, how bulky the items are, and the distance we have to cover to move the junk from your house to our truck! (If you live on the 3rd floor, prices will reflect that).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact us, we'll schedule a FREE on-site estimates to secure a guaranteed price with no obligations to the customer. Or, if you are in a rush, you can text or email us photos of the junk to get your FREE, no-obligation quote within 24 hours! After the price is agreed upon, we schedule a time to come and lug away your junk! We guarantee to arrive on time and will pick up your junk right where it is, you don't need to touch a thing. If we are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, the final price will be discounted by 10%. Once we have collected the junk, we will sort through it and donate anything that needs a second home, and recycle any materials that can be repurposed.
